2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase online lessons from Orthotutor Limited. By purchasing an ​online lesson, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.


3. Purchase and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price at the ​time of purchase is the final price.
  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on our ​website. We accept all debit and credit cards accepted by Stripe.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to ​access your purchased online lesson.


4. Access to Online Lessons

  • Delivery: Online lessons will be delivered through the online platform “Zoom”. Access details will be ​provided in your confirmation email.
  • License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the online ​lessons for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Restrictions: You may not share, distribute, modify, or resell the online lessons. Unauthorised use of ​our online lessons may result in termination of access without a refund. Online lessons should not be ​recorded under any circumstances, and any violation of this will be prosecuted under UK law.


5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for purchased online lessons except in ​the case of technical issues that prevent access to the content, which cannot be resolved within a ​reasonable time frame.
  • Cancellation: Once an online lesson is purchased, it cannot be canceled.

All content provided in the online lessons, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and ​software, is the property of Orthotutor Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual ​property laws. Unauthorised use of this content is strictly prohibited.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our online lessons are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including ​but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Orthotutor ​Limited does not warrant that the online lessons will be uninterrupted or error-free.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orthotutor Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, ​special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly ​or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of ​our online lessons, (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information ​stored therein.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, ​without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Orthotutor Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective ​immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of ​revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
